We first met Cierra a couple of months after my sister relocated from Florida to South Carolina for health reasons. She had moved into an assisted living community and it was quickly apparent that we were going to need to supplement the staff there with additional support for my sister, especially during the overnight hours, which were her most challenging.

From the moment we engaged Cierra, I never had another moment’s worry that my sister was in the best and safest hands possible. My sister had been prone to falls and sleeplessness, but under Cierra‘s watchful eye and expertise, she felt safe and comforted and was able to get rest, which was essential to her health and wellbeing.

As my sister’s needs grew, Cierra not only committed more of her own time, but went to great lengths to find the right staff to help further support my sister, as if she was a family member. Right up until my sister‘s passing, Cierra was by her side providing care and was as committed and dedicated to my sister’s needs as any member of our family.

God forbid the need arises and another family member becomes ill and needs support, I will not hesitate to reach out to Cierra and Keeping Granny At Home for their help. They are professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, reliable, and above all compassionate.
We will be forever grateful for the extraordinary care they provided my sister and the support and peace of mind they gave me and my family during one of the most difficult times of our lives.
